With over 30 years of experience in tourism in Turkey, the last 20 years as shareholder of a travel agency, Salih Kırbaş started with a new brand for travel agents abroad in 2007: SMG Tourism, a partnership with the family business that already exists for 20 years. The name originates from the Turkish word for symbol 'SİMGE' as the agency aims to be a symbol of high-quality travel to and in Turkey.

STI offers its foreign agents high-quality programmes including tours throughout the country as well as city trips. Our programmes allow visitors to experience the Turkish culture, nature, traditions and folklore in various regions of the country. After three successful years of operation, we registered these subsidiaries with the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies under the official name 'STI Incentive' (SMG and Turkey Incentives).

STI Incentive Travel Agent and Turkey Incentives are subsidiaries of Batanay Textile Respresentation, an agent for large textile corporations operating on the Dutch and Belgian markets and which import textiles from Turkey.
